Good morning dearest blog readers. Finally, the D-day is less
than 24 hours away. The future of Nigeria for the next four or eight years as
the case may be will be determined tomorrow. I know we all are praying for the
will of God to be done but then we have a part to play that God cannot come
down from heaven to do and that is casting our votes.
Frankly speaking, I’ve not really seen anyone who I can whole
heartedly vote for with all the peace in my mind that I’m voting for a better
tomorrow for Nigeria but that should not be a barrier to voting, at least to my
own knowledge, half bread is still better than none but you may only know this
long after you rejected the half bread and the hunger pangs became worse and
not lessened.
So, what am I saying? I’m not saying you should vote for Buhari.
I’m not saying you should vote for Good luck, I’m not saying you should vote
for any other person coming out. I’m not using this medium to campaign for
anyone. I’m saying you should come out and cast your vote. I’m saying you
should not pass on the half bread but take it. God will do the rest. So,
dearies, tomorrow is not public holiday o to wash all those your dirty clothes
or to cook stew and soup or to watch movies or finish a project, it’s a day to
cast our votes and help God to help us.
Get the word out there.
Love
Kambi
